We are nourished by more than what we eat. Primary food includes relationships, careers, physical activity & spiritual awareness.

Bio-Individuality

Each of us has unique lifestyle and food needs. I'll help you make positive changes that are specific to you.

Nutrition plate

I emphasize organic produce, whole grains, quality proteins, plant-based fats and water. We'll also discuss proper portion sizes.

Crowding out

By eating more foods that are good for you, we naturally crowd out unhealthy foods and sweets, lessening the desire for them.

cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs. You'll learn how to deconstruct cravings and understand them.

Quality matters

For nutrient rich food choose grass-fed and organic meat, pasture-raised eggs, organic produce and gluten-free grains.

Mindfulness

Learn how to build a healing mindset with breathing exercises and positive thinking practices. I'll guide you with activities and affirmations you can practice at home.
