A Holistic Approach To Health & Wellness

Let’s define your vision of well-being and explore how all areas of your life affect you as a whole.  We’ll create balance with proper nutrition, mindfulness exercises and healthy lifestyle habits. With specific, clear goals you’ll know exactly what you’re working towards. 

- Primary Food -

We are nourished by more than the food we eat. Primary food includes healthy relationships, fulfulling careers, physical activity & spiritual awareness.

- Bio-Individuality -

Each of us has unique lifestyle and food needs - one person's food may be another person's poison. I'll help you make positive changes specific to you.

- Nutrition plate -

I emphasize local, organic & non-GMO produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats and water. We'll also discuss your portion sizes.

- Crowding out -

By eating more foods that are good for you, we will naturally crowd out the unhealthy foods and sweets in your diet. This helps to lessen the desire for them.

- cravings -

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs so we shouldn't ignore them. You'll learn to deconstruct your cravings and understand them.

- Quality matters -

For nutrient rich food choose grass-fed and organic meat, pasture-raised eggs, non-GMO, organic produce and gluten-free grains whenever possible.


Learn how to do breathing exercises, visualization techniques & positive thinking practices to build your healing mindset. I'll guide you with activities and affirmations you can practice at home.

Break Through Barriers

Health is more than just nutrition, it's also emotional and mental wellness. There are many barriers that may come up when you start making changes to your lifestyle. These can be physical, emotional or mindset barriers. We'll discuss them and work through any limiting beliefs, fears and frustrations to help you create healthier habits with plenty of exercises to guide you.
