Apple Cider Vinegar is a powerhouse that needs to be in your pantry! You can use it in dressings, cooking and to drink before meals to increase stomach acid to help digestion. Look for Bragg’s ACV with “The Mother” which is beneficial probiotic bacteria that you need.
To use before meals to increase stomach acid, mix 1 Tsp up to 1 TBL in a glass of water. Apple cider vinegar is acidic in its natural state, but turns alkaline in our bodies. You may want to drink it through a straw to prevent the acid from eroding tooth enamel. Never drink ACV straight without mixing in water as it is too acidic.
