One of my favorite snacks is pumpkin seeds. They are crunchy, lightly salted and make a great substitute for chips. Plus, they are high in magnesium and contain protein and healthy fats. If you need a late night snack, grab a handful of these as the magnesium will help calm you down before bed.
These pumpkin seeds are dry roasted (roasted without oil) which makes them easier to digest than raw and they’re not loaded with salt like other brands. You can add pumpkin seeds to your salads, soups or eat them as a snack.
I recommend using these pumpkin seeds in my Butternut Squash & Carrot Soup recipe.
