Description
Sundried tomatoes add a lot of flavor to meals, especially if you’re making an Italian or pasta dish. They have a naturally sweet flavor so it’s a great way to add some sweetness to meals when you’re cutting out grains and sugar. I like to add sundried tomatoes to salads and quinoa. You can also use the olive oil from the bottle as a salad dressing as it’s flavored from the sundried tomatoes.
The Mediterranean Organic brand is low FODMAP and does not contain onions or garlic like most other brands do. I recommend using these sundried tomatoes in my Greek Salad recipe.
